Hand Picking

Great emphasis is placed on plucking as fine plucking is one important element of maintaining the inherent quality and unique flavor of tea. Summus Tea is hand-plucked by experienced employees who are well aware of the status of tea. They only pick the finest two leaves and bud, and such delicate plucking guarantees that the essence and unique flavor of teas are retained. For best quality, the tea is plucked at 12am~2Pm of sunny days.
