Taste: Smooth and mellow taste
Scent: Delicate flower aroma, companied with slight honey aroma.
Tasting Point: Flower aroma emerges in the first phase (i.e. when the temperature of tea liquor is still high), this flower aroma continues in the second phase (i.e. when the temperature of tea liquor becomes moderate). In the final phase (i.e. when the temperature declines to a lukewarm level), honey aroma arises and constitutes the major aroma in this phase. When it completely cools down, the tea liquor will give an elegant flower aroma. The liquor is clear and golden yellow.
